Center for Human Resources (CHR) provides substance abuse and mental health services as part of I.M.P.A.C.T. (Incorporation to Maximize Personal Achievement with Community Training).
I.M.P.A.C.T. provides community-based services to improve the quality of life and functional skills for individuals struggling with illness, developmental disabilities, and behavioral health problems.
