Premier Services of Michigan provides medication-assisted treatment as part of an outpatient opioid addiction treatment program. Methadone and buprenorphine (Suboxone) are available at this location for opioid-dependent adults aged 18 and older.
Additional services through Premier Services are comprehensive counseling and crisis intervention services. The 12-step method is the primary approach of behavioral health counseling provided by Premier Care.
In Michigan, Premier Services has two locations to provide medication-assisted treatment. The Dearborn Heights location is open six days a week and can accept referrals from:

  • legal referrals

Eligibility for methadone or buprenorphine treatment with Premier Services is based on four qualifying conditions which are:

  1. opioid dependence in adults 18 and older
  2. meet requirements for opioid addiction during initial assessment
  3. requirement of a physician-monitored methadone or buprenorphine dose
  4. severe risk of relapse
